        • 450 g fresh broccoli, cut into florets

          This salad is good either warm or at room temperature.  Serves 4-6 as a side

          You will need:                                                                                    

          3 cups chopped pumpkin

          2 red onions

          2 tbsp olive oil

          2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

          ½ tsp sea salt

          ½ cup pine nuts

          2-3 tbsp verjuice (or 2 tbsp vinegar)
