Subscription FAQ's

  • Can I add to my subscription? – i.e. add on eggs, bread, extra veggies

Yes you can add on to your subscription – email and we will sort it for you. This applies to Wellington deliveries only and  is best done prior to your next due payment

  • What day of the week will my subscription box be delivered?

Your delivery will be on the day of the week that you selected on your first order.

  •  How often will my subscription box be delivered?

This depends on the frequency that you have selected i.e. weekly or fortnightly.

  • When does my payment come out of my account?

Your subscription payment will be debited from your account on the day of the week that you ordered your first subscription box.

  • Why does the subscription order notification show the original delivery date of my first subscription?

Don’t know – we are working on it!

  • Can I pause/cancel my subscription any time?

Yes you can skip/pause/cancel anytime you want - You are not locked in to a contract.

You can do this online – Log in to your account and go to your account page, click on Manage Subscriptions, then click on the Subscription ID.  Once you click on the ID you can opt to skip your next order, pause or cancel or resume your subscription.

From the same page you can update shipping address or update payment details.
