BOMBAY BONANZA RUB
WARM, AROMATIC SPICES MINGLE WITH TANGY TOMATO AND CITRUS FOR MILD BUT SUPREMELY MOREISH CHICKEN, WHITE FISH OR TOFU. PERFECT FOR WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE A LITTLE INDIAN INSPIRATION BUT DON’T WANT A FULL ON RICH CURRY. THIS IS LIGHTER, BRIGHTER AND MORE CITRUSY THAN MANY TRADITIONAL BLENDS.
INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Cumin, Tomato, Onion, Garlic*, Organic NZ Sea Salt, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon Powder, Coriander Leaves, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Cardamom, Chilli Flakes and Cloves. *Garlic contains naturally occurring sulphites.
HOW TO USE: Grill, BBQ or pan-fry at a medium heat then take chicken off heat, wrap in foil and rest it for 5 minutes and you’ll be rewarded with deliciously tender meat. Add sliced or diced chicken or tofu to salads, wraps, stir-fry and curries. Flash fry parboiled potatoes or cauliflower with a little oil and a sprinkle of rub. ENJOY!
