AN INSPIRED BLEND OF GARLIC, ONION, SUMAC, MEDITERRANEAN HERBS AND SPICES TO ENHANCE DELICATE WHITE FISH. ALSO GREAT ON LAMB AND VENISON AND DELICIOUS IN SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE AND TOMATO-BASED SAUCES.
INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and small batch blended from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Onion Flakes, Garlic*, Oregano, Basil, Nutmeg, Parsley, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Thyme, Sumac, Tomato Flakes, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Dill Seed, Lemon Powder, Thyme and Marjoram. *Garlic contains naturally occurring sulphites.
HOW TO USE: Drizzle a little oil over white fish fillets, whole fish, salmon, prawns and shellfish and sprinkle with Raptor Rubs Greek Goodness Rub before frying, grilling, baking and barbecuing. Or blend ¼ rub with breadcrumb before coating fish. Our Greek rub is also delicious in spaghetti bolognese. Try on baked Mediterranean vegetables such as zucchini and eggplant.
