Taranaki, Whanganui, Taupo, Manawatu and Hawkes Bay. We have built up a long-term relationship with growers and market agents to ensure only the best pieces of premium quality produce is delivered to your door.
What day of the week will my subscription box be delivered?
Your delivery will be on the day of the week that you selected on your first order.
How often will my subscription box be delivered?
This depends on the frequency that you have selected i.e. weekly or fortnightly.
When does my payment come out of my account?
Your subscription payment will be debited from your account on the day of the week that you ordered your first subscription box.
Why does the subscription order notification show the original delivery date of my first subscription?
Don’t know – we are working on it!
Can I pause/cancel my subscription any time?
Yes you can skip/pause/cancel anytime you want - You are not locked in to a contract. Or you can do this online – Log in to your account and go to your account page, click on Manage Subscriptions, then click on the Subscription ID. Once you click on the ID you can opt to skip your next order, pause or cancel or resume your subscription.
From the same page you can update shipping address or update payment details.

What happens if I have an issue with quality?

What are my payment options?
We offer payment by online by credit card.
Currently you are only able to order one box per subscription. If you would like to order more you will need to complete a separate subscription order. For bulk orders please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0800greenbean 0800 473362
When do you deliver?
Weekly orders are on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. If your delivery falls on a day after a Public Holiday, we will deliver on the following delivery day available.
We have a flexible subscription service – you can get a delivery weekly or fortnightly along with our no contracts policy.
How do I cancel my order?
We don’t lock you into a minimum contract; all we require is 48 hours’ notice to cancel an order. If you need to do this, just email us at email@example.com or call us on 0800greenbean 0800 473362
